A fun take on the typical informational books about the Supreme Court. Also creates different literary structures and patterns. This book could be used to form a crossover of language arts and history.
This book is about the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court Justices. Marshall, the mouse Cheif Justice leads the other justices through the process of declaring a law unconstitutional. I read this book aloud to fifth grade and we discussed the Supreme Court and how it protects our freedoms.

This book is fiction but it is also informational because it is about the Supreme Court. The pictures are cartoon. The story is told with animal characters. This book would be great for using during a history lesson on the Supreme Court.
