a great book on leadership, especially from being in the middle, the over looked portion of management. gave me some great insight on being a leader, yet not being at the top. I plan on trying a lot of the concepts offered in this book.
No matter what position you have in your organization, you can make significant impact to your workplace. This book tells you even you are not the boss, you can still be a 360-degree leader. A great book to read!
I expected more.
