Description

Buckle Up. It's Going To Be Quite A Ride. Despite his brooding bad-boy attitude, Brody's luxury charter airline, Sky High, provides the perfect escape route whenever things get complicated. And lately, things have become very complicated, thanks to the insanely passionate, or perhaps just insane, kiss he shared with Sky High's gorgeous, wisecracking concierge, Maddie. He's tried to keep his distance, but now Maddie desperately needs help, and it's triggering alpha-male urges Brody didn't show more even know he had--especially after he finds out that Maddie and her twin sister Leena are in big-time trouble. To save Leena, Maddie and Brody must pose as husband and wife. Good plan, except it's hard to tell if the heat in bed is acting or something too good to be true. . . I enjoy this series. They're sexy and fast-paced without being dumbed down. And this is the one where Brody and Maddie finally get together! The tension between the two of them has been great in the previous two books and now there's finally a payoff. The conflict is weak, but since the lurve story is the real point, it's not unexpected.
This is very much like the first two books in many ways so far! (32%) Hero not wanting to get serious. Heroine running from tugs with guns *sighs*

This story did make more sense than the first two in this series though, if only because Maddie and Brody actually knew each other for over a year before they started going horizontal, and him following her abroad to help save her. However, this series is not among my fave Jill Shalvis series... the plot was really too similar in the three books, and I prefer it when the two main characters actually have more than a sexual attraction in common when they start their adventures. Maybe I'm old fashioned :D
Superb and Sexy by Jill Shalvis
This book in teh Sky High series is mostly about Brody and his love for Maddie.
Starts right in where he's attempting to get her back to the job of dispatcher for the company. She does so much more but we find her hiding out with her sister in a log cabin in the woods. No attempt Brody has made will even make her talk to him. She slams the door in his face repeatedly.
You know he probably has no clue as to what he's done to her, this time LOL.
We learn that her sister is being blackmailed so the others in the airline company will help and Maddie can take her place..
Love Leena's career choice and how she tries to get out of trouble by herself but Maddie and her talked about The Plan and no matter what they show more will pull it off.
Brody attempts to help her and there is mucho sex scenes and you know it's not gonna end well...
There are other books in the series-excerpts at the back of this one. can't wait to read the others.
I received this book from The Kennsington Books in exchange for my honest review

A fairly quick, but still enjoyable read.
"Superb and Sexy" is the third and final in Jill Shalvis' 'Sexy' series. The series follows three bad boy aviators as they find the woman for them. The books are all BRAVA imprints from Kensington so they are sexier than your average romance without crossing the erotica line.

I was really looking forward to this final book as the hero and heroine have been dancing around their attraction throughout the series. Brody is the brooding bad boy with a questionable past. Maddie is the perfect woman for him, but she has kept her past a blank slate. In "Superb and Sexy" we find out just why and it's a doozy.

If you're looking for light-hearted, sexy reads, then this series should definately fit the bill.
Very boring and repititive. I wouldn't have finished it, wasn't it the last part of a trilogy.
