Description

On the eve of the Normandy landings, a sensitive young man, assigned to an army training documentary, is sent to an English seaside resort where he finds himself a part of a bizarre film crew and an unlikely accident.

Just sorta fizzled out, I started very interested but it lost focus and went nowhere in particular. Not bad but just meandering and not really very engaging. John Mortimer has turned out to be a rather mixed bag so far.
skimmed á la Bayard before donating to PV library - as I recall did not care for this one - or was it Paradise Postponed I did not like? Hmmm
