A little slow in some parts, but witty and interesting. The book would have been more interesting if the story was more character driven, instead of depending on a bunch of events again and again to keep it interesting. The characters were great and had funny personalities, it would have been a lot better to use those great characters a little better and make the story a little more relatable as well.

Light mystery, some parts are a little slow. Descriptions of the Kashmir region is interesting.
NCLA Review - This novel is fast paced with witty dialogue throughout. It is a romance with a mystery twist and is the second in the Shop-Til-U-Drop series. The story centers around gemologist Andie Adams and her mission trip to the Kashmir region of Pakistan while working for the S.T.U.D. home shopping network. Max, her co-host on the show, is hunky but irritating, and will also be a part of the trip. Suddenly mysterious deaths happen, Pakistani prisons appear, terrorists are on the scene and disaster results. Andie calls on her spiritual side for support, and prayers enter into her daily solutions to help sort out the chaotic challenges of the trip. The book makes for enjoyable reading. Author Ginny Aiken speaks at women’s events show more and writers’ conferences, lives in Pennsylvania and has been writing since she was fifteen. Rating: 4—RE show less
