This book shows many vivid pictures and shows text complexity. It would be a great book to use when teaching a lesson on counting. It could also be used to complete a lesson on animals, too. This is an easy read and can be paired with a nonfiction book about monkeys. This book would be an interesting read aloud that could allow children to learn animal sounds.
