I highly recommend this book to anyone who is new to the practice of yoga. The author does a good job of not being overly wordy/long-winded, but keeps it simple. I especially appreciated her breakdown of the various poses and the manner in which they benefit the body specifically. I've been practicing yoga for nearly 2.5 years now and found this book to be a motivating read. At some point I plan to implement her suggested sessions into my own weekly practices. ( )
