Description

This book describes the derivation of an electrical model for printed circuit boards (in the form of an equivalent circuit), which can be used in conjunction with circuit simulators to determine how the PCB affects the performance of the circuit built on it. These techniques have also been applied to monolithic microwave integrated circuiits (MMICs), and could be extended to model other structures (such as silicon ICs).
