This is a reference book in which the information is accessible by the interested reader, yet doesn't require one to be an art historian. There was more of a general overview of Tibetan Buddhism than of the relics and artwork but the illustrations were attractive.
very interesting if not scholarly work focusing on architecture, art and ritual objects.
