Description
Judge John Lillard lay under his horse in the snow, a bullet through his chest. Game warden "Mac" McPhail usually went after poachers here in the high mountain country. But Mac vowed he'd find his best friend's murderer. Many men had reason to shoot the judge, but Mac knew, deep in his gut, he had to find out fast which one did it. Because, desperate to cover his tracks, this killer was now trigger-happy dangerous, and chances were 99 out of 100 that he'd kill again.Tags
