This book produces most of Stuler's important buildings as well as exploring new academic aspects of his work. The essay herein sum up Stuler's life and work, his relationship with the middle ages, analysis of the museums, influences from the restoration in Prussia, the influence of Schinkel, Persius and Stuler on later architects.
