Randy's Dandy Lions

This book is a good book for easy reading for children. This book uses many rhymes throughout the story. It is about a lion tamer’s lions that get stage fright when in front of the crowd. In the end the lions end up performing well. Many children can relate to this because at times it can be difficult to perform in public, but with practice it can be accomplished. I rated this book a 4/5; I actually liked how the book is very old. Since it was published in 1964 this books story line is very simple and I really like that aspect. I think this book would be a good book for children to read and advance their skills just during regular reading time in the classroom.
