Glimmer Train Stories, #3

Cayman 2026 - #9 - Final book of this year's vacation! I am only one volume away from having a complete set of all 106 of these literary gems! 'Glimmer Train' is no more, sadly. Have recently filled in the earlier gaps from the beginning, so I'm back at 1992, Issue #3. I very much appreciated the rather short nature of almost all of these stories. As always, I had favorites...&....those that merely made me shake my head......cuz they may have gone over it!!! Favorites were for sure: 'Kites,' 'Nushka,' 'How it is,' 'Busted,' & 'Magic Affinities.' Head shakers were: 'Skin Deep,' 'Mims,' & 'Dead by Tuesday.' "Nushka" - by Barbara Bechtold wins the gold star! Poignant, unexpectedly startlingly sad.....Bravo
