The book "The River Never Looks Back" approaches the therapy technique of the family constellation with a historical, academic, and slightly mystical aura. The book's use of quotes and provided sources is well done and suitable for further research. However, I cannot help but mention that the book has some missing parts. For example, more could have been said about the third type of knowledge. I know that its source is morphic fields, but I would have liked to hear the author's opinion on this matter. The book discusses how individuals find connections, and how these connections complete the individual, and it uses this as a basis for the family constellation therapy. This raises a question. Does family constellation therapy not examine show more connections and relationships? Is the completion provided truly a completion? Because how can analyzing alone create awareness? What kind of long-term development do individuals experience after therapy? I think these aspects were left out because the example of theater and psychodrama therapy, like what happens in the moment, disappears completely once the mask is removed, and I am left with questions about their permanence. I did not see much information about how the family energy is left in the individual, either. This part could have been explained using morphic fields, leaving these two questions unanswered. Apart from these, it is a book that truly needs to be read. It is inspiring and informative. show less
