I feel this book uses sensory descriptions more than any of my books. Highlighting the feel, sound, and look of snow emphasizing the wonder of nature's changes.

Snow is about snow. The forest animals take their cover to protect themselves from winter and the snow. The bear hibernates, the geese fly south, etc.
