This story is Moreland Road resident's story-Jason,Maria,Nina Sen,David Sen,Max,Maggie,Xavier,Belen,Sam Davies,Hannah,Emma and Alicia. It was just a normal Friday in Moreland Road. However, serious troubles happened and each resident's life was changed unexpectedly...

I was surprised this story's construction-give a hint which is to be developed later. I couldn't guess someone's action is very important point at the end. I can't say who is it in this review!:)However, I was little sad at the end.

One day, in England, Jason's ordinary -but happy- life was broken. A big job visited Nina. And a strang man visited Maggie. Sam was worried of Money. This story describe their "One Day". How are they connected each other…?

I read it as enjoying very much. As the story advanced, I wanted to know the end. It is thrilling.
My favorite part is Nina's part. In my opinion, women should charenge a big job. So I assisted her at first. But her husband also had a dream. And they had a baby who need care. I could not just say "women should charenge!", because it is very difficult problem. Women should have responsibility as a mother. Of course, fathers also. But her husband loved her so deeply. He want her to charenge. And an unexpected end show more waited them.
I enjoy it, but I wanted read other some end too. So I rate ★★★★.

This book is about one day in the lives of four different families who live on the same street. Each family's story is separate from the others, but also connected.
Jason is a teenager. He lives with his mother. He's really in love with his girlfriend, but he has to think about his future.
Nina is a bank manager. Her husband is a chef, and they have a son. She has some big news to tell her husband.
Maggie is a young woman who lives alone. She has just come back from a holiday in Chile, where she met a really nice man.
Sam is a journalist, and his problem is money. His salary is too low to support his family properly.
There are a lot of characters in this book so at first it was a bit difficult to remember who was who. But I enjoyed their show more stories. I just thought the ending was too sudden. show less

There are four short stories. Each people has each trouble,so it looks lacking in unity. But these are connected in the end.
At first I was bored because each story was common. However the end was unexpected turn.So I thought it was interesting in that point.
Moreland Road is a street in the city of Bath, England. This story has four main characters. They had various problems, and the key of this story is letter.
I didn't think that all story connected until I read the end. However each story was a little difficult. If you want to understand this deeply, you should concentrate to read.

There were four family in Moreland Road. Jason, Nina, Maggie, Sam spent their own evening at their own house. Today, letters for each of them would be reach. But all of them didn't know about it in that time. This is the story of such 'One day.'
The book starts with four short stories which aren't associated with each other. But they became to be connected by an accident, and after that, they go to their own endings. These endings are happy, but I think they aren't best ending. However, I think the whole story is good and I enjoy reading.
There are four stories in this book. Each people has each hope and thought, but the situation doesn’t go well easily. It looks no connection among them, but they get into the same trouble…

At first, I was reluctant to read the story, because each story went on separately and they were boring. However, at last, these stories connected each other, so it was interesting. I wasn’t able to the end, so I was surprised. I think this story can be more interesting.
