It's been a LONG time since I read a BSC book, but I remember this one. Abby tries to help and cheer up her sister who has just been diagnosed with scoliosis but even though they're twins, the giels have different ways of coping with the problem and have a hard time understanding one another, and the story underscores how communication is absolutely key.
A sensitive handling of a heavy topic in usual BSC fashion. I liked the Winter Carnival--it made me miss the snow.
