Description
On 22 June 1941 Germany attacked the Soviet Union and her Panzer divisions were to play a major role in this titanic struggle. Perhaps a little too closely packed with information, Battistelli's booklet does a good job of examining the structural evolution of the German armored units under the impact of near total attrition in the war with Soviet Russia, while having inadequate resources to make good the loses.
