Very good book. Written by an erudite, slightly arrogant, but knowledgeable and humorous man. It gives insight into the art of speculation and turns modern financial theory on its head. Another book that is good for those who are not involved in the financial markets or finance, well written and is focused on a broader audience.
Niederhoffer is brilliant and relies on "counting" history to predict future. Obviously he never counted the part of history that might blow up in your face. I heard he was down 30% again last month (May 2006).
