I don’t really like this book. It is really poorly written. I like for my books to be informative and at the same time entertaining. I wouldn’t use this book in my classroom because the pictures are very outdated. With the photos it makes you wonder how current the information in the book is . I have read other books about pharmacists that are more useful than this one. Even though the book is on pharmacists it leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to information .
This book explains what pharmacists are and what their job entails and how they get that job. It would be quite good for a child to research a job they think is interesting as a project.
This book is about what pharmacists do for a living which is prescribe medication to people to help they stay healthy and teach people about medicines. Pharmacists fill prescriptions, show people how to take their medications, and also side effects that can be caused by taking a certain medication. They work usually in drug stores, pharmacies, and even hospitals and nursing homes. They use scales to measure the weighs of medicines and use computers to keep track of medical records and learn about new medications often. They need to have good math skills and good science skills. In order
