Excellent! This book is a very fast and easy read,considering the topic. I am using the CD with it and it is EXACTLY the meditaiton used by a professional I went to.I have always wanted to experience that meditation again and now I can! The CD is great for the relaxation technique alone,but if you experience a past life regression,it is a win win.
