While I found the book entertaining, I felt parts of it referred to TV shows and characters that would make some of the humor lost on this generation of kids.
My sons picked this one up on a recent trip to McKay's. it was a quick read, full of laughs, and I was impressed with the way faith was handled. Obviously for kids, it is well worth the time. And for all those church folk who have looked after kids in the summer, Bill Myers is the creator of McGhee and me.
