While helpful and insightful on how and why I do some of the things I do, I'm not sure it's going to help me to stop. Though they do say recognizing behaviors and the reasons behind them is half of the battle. A good read if you do in fact have an emotional eating issue. More geared toward women than men.
This changed my life. I gradually lost 20kg after I stopped dieting, thanks to Geneen Roth.
