Born in the same year as Martin Luther King. Jr., Mr. Williams saw many changes during his lifetime. In this book he talks about his childhood in the 1930s on a Louisiana farm with pigs and chickens but no electricity. Karen Barbour wrote down this oral history.
Talks about what growing up in the 1930's was like. What his life was like growing up on a farm. This would be reading material for elementary grades.
This is a story about how Mr. Williams so changes being made through his lifetime.
