This book changed my life. It encouraged me to hug people. It encouraged me to put myself out there. It was a fundamental shift in the way I lived my life. The information in this book is timeless and I'd encourage everyone to read it. ( )

Basic, tends to repeat stories which is not great for such a short book. Seem like a lot of this basic knowledge. I was expecting a little more. ( )
