Each chapter is only two-three pages long culminating with a couple of questions to ponder. Although I purchased the book as an preaching resource, this book would also be beneficial with any that manages teams of employees.

Insightful, but not that deep or exceptional. Reads like a devotional. Sort of a friendly reminder to think about this notion today.
