Description

In The Zion Connection, Elwood McQuaid takes a thoughtful, careful look at past, present, and future relations between Jewish people and evangelical Christians. He speaks with sensitivity about the controversial issues of anti-Semitism, the rise of Islamic influence, the right of Jewry to a homeland in the Middle East, and, most importantly, whether Christians should endeavor to reach Jewish people with the gospel message, and how.

Other alliances can easily fall victim to stress of one kind or another and be disolved. Each side can go the way that seems most appropriate to its vested interests. That is not true at this juncture for evangelicals and Jews. We are inexorably bound by Judeo-Clhristian principles, moral conviction, and, in significant areas, biblical mandates . . . Each of us must realize that now there is no turning back. We must stand together or else be spiritually and morally liquidated.
