Books 4-6 of the Anita Blake series are contained in this omnibus, and by book 6, I could see the not so flattering future of this series that I'd been warned about.
Up until book 6 however, this was a fun series mostly a paranormal mystery series with a perfect dash of romance (Anita won't even consider premarital sex). There were a couple scenes that hinted at a more sexualized future (Jason with the two vamp corpses, and the porno/snuff film), but otherwise very little was going on...until book 6. And of course once that door is opened, I don't see it closing.

The first five were fun. Book 6 and on is going to be erotica. I don't plan on reading any further.
