heartbreaking story. not too sentimental, which is an accomplishment. glad i didn't know the theme before i read it.
well written, i would read more of this author.
Just when Tilden and Elizabeth's lives seem to get on track with their mother and her new partner, the devastating news that their mother is suffering from breast cancer. In the chaos of the illness, this family must find a way to navigate the rough waters and still be able to continue living.
Two young sisters, Tilden and Elizabeth, come of age as their mother is battling breast cancer. This book was touching and truthful.
A good book but rather depressing.
just didn't relate to the mother/daughter relationship, just an okay read.
wanhoop.
