when I teach someone, I usually include a book and this is one of the books I have given over the years. It is quite thorough and covers many aspects of reiki including history and treatment. the 'for dummies' books are clear and comprehensive about topics - this volume covers history, japanese and western techniques, and how to practise reiki - although traditional symbols (and a whole bunch of non traditional ones) are given, empowerment methods are not.
Find relief, peace, and enlightenment through reiki.
