NOT A REVIEW but, calling to take notice of the book's pagination issues:
This book starts on what should be page 1 but, if you count backward and allow for and endpaper on the front of the book, then page one is actually page 7. My corrected pagination reflects the proper page count, front and rear endpapers excluded from the numbering.
