This book was adorable! Old Auntie acts as a parental figure who teaches Little Chick some valuable life lessons such as patience and being happy with what you have. The illustrations are well done and the book is a quick read and so good for small children.

Little Chick contains three different stories about Little Chick and her Old-Aunty. The first one is about Little Chick’s carrot that wouldn’t grow, the second about Little Chick flying her kite, and lastly one about Little Chick’s star.
a good lesson on how everyone is different and it is ok. Teaches that we should how patients.
