This is a great book for identifying birds. I purchased it when I was in Princeton, New Jersey for graduate school because I wanted to identify the many birds I saw in the woods and at my bird feeder. The book has large, color photos of the birds for easy differentiation between species, color coded maps showing each bird's range, notes, preferred food, and voice.
