Japenese Morita & Maiken, feeling not control by will, can accomplish in spite of feelings

--I'm learning much more about myself in this book than a therapist's office! Dr. Reynolds writes concisely. He articulates two Japanese therapies in essays, fables, & exercises. Book is delightful. --
