The sub-title for this book should have been: 'By brainwashing yourself to think that the Idiot is you'
The author does not believe that Idiot bosses really exist, but are a construct of the unhappy worker. Hmm. My conclusion is that he himself is an Idiot boss, and therefore cannot truly see what the big deal is.
