The book has beautiful pictures that really showed the emotions of the characters in the book. It showed when they were happy, sad, scared, etc. It provided nice paintings that represented the cities very well. It also gave insight of what it was like for children to travel alone on a train and that it is okay to be scared. The book gave a good example of sisters bonding and how it is important you help your younger sibling to not feel afraid.

I really enjoy the stories Elizabeth Fitzgerald Howard writes. I want to do Elizabeth Fitzgerald Howard for the author study.
