I liked the main characters (Cunningham family) in this book, but I feel as if I've read the subplot about the road sign thefts in another book. The rest of this book doesn't feel familiar, but that does, and it bothered me throughout the book.

I hope that the Cunningham family will continue to progress on their relationship issues. Max and Trish need to work on smoothing down the edges on their traits that exasperate each other. I hope too that Karen comes to have a less confrontational relationship with Trish over time.
This was a fast read, and very good! I received this book and several others from Heartsong Presents Mysteries. Good plot and characters.
