Though no prior knowledge, or a machine, is at all necessary, if one has had a sewing unit in middle school or watched Grandma sew, one will be even more able to make use of this book. And unlike many modern crafting books, this one really is aimed at helping the reader save money. These are honestly wearable clothes that can be made with bargain rack fabrics, not artsy-fartsy projects.
Highly recommended to all do-it-yourself-ers with energy and time, especially the plethora of under-employed we have right now in the US. ( )
