Robert Holman's time an Australian Soldier & POW, during WWII is documented by his reminisences of events of that time. Although a bit of a lariken and not always a "stickler for the rules", he managed to survive the horrors of the Thai-Burma railway and Japanese coal mines, and together with his brother returned home safely.
Clarifications and additional explanations are provided by Peter Thompson.
