I loved this one! Brody Brown is HOT! ( )

Pretty close to a perfect romance. Elise and Brody are great leads. Both are funny, smart, good looking, charming, hardworking small business owners, and good parents. The book had drama that comes from life and not from ridiculous secrets. Seattle, a city I love, is featured being very Seattleish. This would be a 5 star but for Dane's inability to write good evil-doers. Raven is a silly soap opera tramp and the villainous ex-in-laws were cartoonish. Otherwise I am completely feeling the love. Another in the brown series, this book is about Brody Brown who meets his neighbor, former ballerina Elise Sorenson after she helps him after a hit and run. They develop a friends with benefits relationship, which slowly becomes more. This was a beautifully done romance, with well developed characters and emotions. ( )

Four and a half Stars!!!

Brody - I fell in love with Brody in Laid Bare. He is strong, loving, caring, family oriented, smart, creative and hot! He's at a point in his life where, life is good. His business is great, his siblings are successful and happy, his house is great. Everything is great. Drama free.

Elise moves in across the street from Brody and there is instant attraction, though neither of them does anything about it. Remember, everything is great in Brody's life. Until, he gets hit by a car and Elise is there to help him out. He is smitten, but not interested in happily ever after. Sex, now sex would be good.

They agree to be friends with benefits. What could be better than having sex with a hottie and not having any emotional entanglements? Yeah, that's not going to happen. Not only do they become emotional, Brody realizes his life wasn't great until Elise and her daughter, Rennie, entered it. Now life is great. But, they had this friends with benefits deal, right?

This is a great story of thinking you have it all only to find out - you don't until you meet the right person. Brody and Elise have to work through so much with each other to get their happily ever after.

Do your self a favor, read this book and share in their story.[bc:Coming Undone|6629340|Coming Undone (Brown Siblings, #2)|Lauren Dane|https://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/books/1287521173s/6629340.jpg|6823685] ( )

This story was good enough that I kept reading but beyond daily living it only had one plot event that was overshadowed by all the sex and sometime the heroine was overly insecure. Elise and her daughter want to start a new life in Seattle and she is attracted to neighbor Brody with all the tattoos.

Book description
Brody Brown has always been responsible for others. After his parents’ death, he gave up a promising artistic career to care for his younger brother and sister. Now, with his siblings grown, Brody owns his own business, has a nice house, makes a nice living, and for the first time in years he’s on his own.

Elise Sorenson has come to Seattle with her young daughter to find peace. After years as a world-famous ballerina—(and just as many years in a marriage-gone-bad)—she’s looking for neither love nor attention. But she finds both in the handsome, honest man who befriends her with no strings attached.

More than friends, Brody and Elise discover in each other what they need—wild, physical passion without commitment. But it’ll take a shadow from Elise’s past to make them look beyond what they need—to what they truly desire.
