Cute, good read, about two kids staying with babysitter because mom and dad go out. A pipe breaks, the kids are scared until the babysitters parents come and fix it and the kids help.
This book is about the Mom and Dad going out for the night. They leave Alfie and Annie with a babysitter. It is quiet until water starts dripping from the ceiling due to a burst pipe. The leak is taken care of by Maureen's parents, but Annie is still upset and Alfie figures out why.
Mom's note: Mentions the Bible story Noah and the Ark. Female babysitter wants to be a plumber... good for for breaking gender stereotypes.
