In this book, Ramsey shows you how to climb out of the money pit you've dug for yourself so you can have "more than enough" of everything. Highly recommended advice! Great advice for parents wanting to teach their children how to handle money. Wonderful encouragement for the person depressed about their finances.
A great tutorial on building wealth. My favorite part about this book, as well as Dave Ramsey's other books, is the real world stories he uses. It's easier to find myself attaining a better financial life when I can read stories from people with lives similar to mine that have found success. - Review by R. Worthington
A decent book as far as advice goes, but longer than need be to discuss the topics he covers. Some of the calculations make impractical assumptions, such as interest rates on the order of 12%, etc.
If took me a while to finish this book, but I found plenty of nuggets about saving for the future and minimizing debt, I've read other Dave Ramsey books, so much of this is "old news," but still decent advice.
