The book has good pictures with a lot of realistic detail. It is easy to read, but the arrangement of the paragraphs might be a bit confusing. I also felt that the information given about the birds was over-simplified almost to the point of becoming mis-information. For example:'Geese are white with yellow bills'. That is only true in some cases. Here in Oregon, most geese we see are Canada Geese, which are black and brown with black bills. This is a good book for reading practice, but not great for information sharing.
