This was the badge book before every badge forced you to interview for a career and find a creative new way to do community service. It did have some really stringent must-do activities, however, and that made some badges very difficult to get. For example, I would have had Paddle Pole and Roll if you weren't forced to plan a two day canoe trip. A bit much.
