Accomplished pastiche fairy tales by an author all of whose demons were feline and all his cats demonic. Full of talking animals and bemused lost princes. Neil Gaiman rates him, too.

I don't really remember much about the stories in this book, but I remember I kind of liked them. I'd like to read them again if I get the chance.
