This book is the diary of Charlotte, a young girl who survives the horrific explosion in Halifax during World War I. In the aftermath she must search for her family whom she fears have all perished. One of my favorite Dear Canada books.
the things i do at 12am instead of sleeping. anyway i nearly cried like three times but somehow did not this is how it be now i guess
