Description
Erich von Daniken unveils evidence of an intergalactic 'battle of the gods' whose losers retreated to, and settled, Earth. He explores a vast, mysterious underworld of caves filled with gold, and writings in solid gold that go back to the time of the Great Flood.Tags

This should have been entitled "The Gold of the Gullible," for that is what Mr von Däniken obtained, including my hoarded pocket money back when I believed.
This one continues on Daeniken’s famous “Return to the Stars” book. Similarities between very distant cultures (geographically speaking) are explored and more elements (used to backup Daeniken’s claims that our ancestors have come from the stars) are brought forth. Again he does not claim that he is telling one and the absolute truth – he only brings forth elements unexplainable by the modern science and speculates using what sources are available to him as a lay man.

Interesting book.

Interesting book.
Interesting, but wish the author would include more substance and less speculation.
