Fun, mysterious story about three kids, Dink, Josh, and Ruth, who are spending the weekend at a campout called Sleepy Hallow. On the first night, some spooky things start to happen and they find themselves scared and on edge all weekend. They have some fun Halloween activities planned like bobbing for apples, hay rides, and roast ing marshmallows. But, those activities get interrupted when they start seeing flying witches and ghouslish creatures.
This is a great mystery chapter book. It keps you interested and wanting to read more. You never know what's going to happen next. It's filled with suspense and just a little touch of scariness for young readers. I love that there are hidden messages inside the pictures of this book. show more
