- Emmanuèle Bernheim is the author of many bestselling novels in France, including Sa femme (The Other Woman), which won the Prix Medicis in 1993. Other novels include Vendredi soir (1997), Stallone (2001), and Tout s'est bien passé (2013). She's also written the screenplays for several French films, including three directed by François Ozon, "Swimming Pool," "Under the Sand," and "5 x 2." Her partner is Serge Toubiana, director of the Cinémathèque Française film archive and editor of the French film magazine Cahiers du cinéma.
