This is a really terrible self-help book because I already know all he’s gonna say is that you have to unplug from digital media. The book starts in a very offputting manner when the man attempts to buy a cell phone with no Internet access. I can tell the entire thing is a set up because everyone knows that the jitterbug phone appropriate for senior citizens who don’t want the Internet is easily available to anyone who wants one.
